As Design Squad Lead for flight booking within IAMAI, an AI voice-first app, I led the design of a conversational booking experience. I oversaw the journey, navigation, and interaction design, helping users move from sharing their travel plans to exploring flight options and completing a booking.

Motion and transitions connected each step, while clear on-screen feedback helped users follow the conversation, compare options, and review their choices. The goal was to make a complex booking journey feel intuitive, with voice and visual interactions working together.
