SHARE: A Vision for Everyday Life

Five-Year Vision · Majid Al Futtaim

Connecting everyday life—and the mall experience—through SHARE.

01  The Challenge

We needed to connect digital services with physical shopping, bringing customers and merchants together through SHARE. Our goal was to turn this ambition into a clear design direction and vision film for the CEO of Majid Al Futtaim’s approval.

02  The Experience

We envisioned one app for shopping, groceries, travel, linked banking accounts, and rewards—including earning points by walking through the mall.

Customers could select a dress in SHARE and add it to their basket, alerting store staff to prepare it for a fitting. After trying it on, they could pay through the app and walk out—connecting discovery, service, and purchase in one seamless journey.

03  Leading the Design

I shaped the customer and merchant journeys, defined the UX and UI direction, and connected screens into complete flows.

Working with the design director responsible for the vision film, I helped develop the storyboard and bring these experiences to life through everyday scenarios.

04  The Impact

We created a five-year design vision and film for CEO review, making the strategy tangible and showing how SHARE could connect everyday services with a more personal, seamless mall experience.
