I designed a community app for Majid Al Futtaim Properties as part of its digital transformation, bringing property information, resident services, and community updates into one accessible experience.
The challenge was to give residents a simple way to manage life around their villa — from viewing payment dues and work permits to requesting services and discovering what's happening nearby.
We designed a connected experience where residents could view their property, follow service requests, access community news, and explore events and things to do. The app brought everyday needs into one place, making community living easier to navigate.
