As Design Squad Lead for ride-hailing within IAMAI, an AI voice-first app, I led the design of an experience that helped users book a ride through natural conversation. I oversaw the journey, navigation, and interaction design, connecting voice input with clear on-screen guidance.

I paid particular attention to motion and transitions, making each step — from setting a destination to confirming a ride — feel smooth and easy to follow. The goal was to keep users oriented and confident, with visual feedback that made the app’s responses and next steps clear.
