As Head of Design, I led the overall design of a digital bank that brought financial services and everyday needs into one connected experience. The vision extended beyond banking, combining smart transactions, spending insights, and loans with ride hailing, food delivery, and experience bookings.

I shaped the design from customer journeys and navigation through UI and interaction, making a broad range of services feel intuitive and cohesive. The ambition was to help people understand their money, manage their spending, and access the services they needed — all within one app.
