Bringing Flexible Payments into SHARE

As Head of Design for SHARE at Majid Al Futtaim, I led the design of Tabby's integration into the SHARE wallet — connecting buy now, pay later with SHARE Pay to make flexible payments part of the everyday shopping experience.
The challenge: how could we bring Tabby into SHARE without adding complexity to the payment journey? The experience needed to make account linking simple and help members understand how to access Tabby through SHARE Pay.
The solution: we designed a connected journey that let members link their Tabby account and connect it to SHARE Pay, enabling them to use Tabby at eligible locations across the payment network.
I led the design across customer journeys, navigation, UI, and interaction, bringing account linking and payment access into one cohesive wallet experience.
