As Head of Design for SHARE at Majid Al Futtaim, I led the design of Tabby's integration into the SHARE wallet, connecting flexible payments with SHARE Pay.
01 The Challenge
We needed to introduce Tabby as a payment method without adding complexity to the SHARE experience. Technical limitations required close collaboration with Tabby to understand the obstacles and define a workable solution.
02 The Experience
Members could connect their Tabby account within the SHARE wallet and access it through SHARE Pay, enabling them to pay using Tabby directly from SHARE at eligible locations.
The flow brought account linking and payment access together in one straightforward wallet experience.
03 Leading the Design
I worked with Tabby and our internal teams to understand the constraints and shape the solution. I led customer journeys, navigation, UI, and interaction design, turning a complex integration into a simple flow for members.
04 The Impact
We integrated Tabby into the SHARE wallet, giving members access to buy now, pay later within their existing payment journey.
